The following has been taken from an interview with Nina Pak on Feminity – Redefined.

“NINA PAK: artist, photographer, musician, writer, muse, model. These are the few occupations this incredible woman does in her daily life. She has lived all over the world, and her life story is worth to be published. Right now her main focus is photography – which has become such a success, that there are waiting lists of stunning models all over the world who are willing to fly to another continent, just to be  immortalized by Nina’s camera and her vision. “

Revel in the work of a clearly highly talented woman with many skills, one of which is photographic.

Nina says “I worked as the curator for the Glendale Arts Council for many years. I was the design editor for AustralAsia magazine in Moscow Russia. Now I work with digital photography, and Alt process printing, publication, hand-made art  books, visual journals, collaborative art books, Compact Disc packaging, design & layout. My focus was in Photography and design work over recent years, but my passion for painting has returned. My paintings are mixed-media containing photographic elements.”

About the Author

My interest in photography goes back as far, if not further, than I can remember. My Grandfather had a thing called a box brownie and i remember being amazed at how it recorded history. I was given a 120 film camera when I was about 10 as evidenced by some black and white photos I recently found of my sister when she was 5 or so - she turned 40 in 2008. So from recording history, through the passage of an EOS 5 film into digital and moving into a desire to 'make images' rather than take photos, I find myself here. Photography. "For the thrill of it." Photography. "It's where life is happening." Photography. "When time stands still." Photography. "Maybe it's just about being there again."
